3. Orders & Pricing
- Minimum order value may apply and vary based on location or product category.
- Prices listed are wholesale rates and may change without prior notice due to market conditions.
- Orders placed are subject to availability. In case of stock unavailability, partial fulfillment may occur.
4. Payment Terms
- We accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, credit, or other approved methods.
- For customers with approved credit terms, payment must be made within the agreed timeframe. Delays may attract late payment charges or order suspension.
5. Delivery & Logistics
- Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order placement and may vary by location.
- We aim to ensure timely delivery but are not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, traffic).
- Any issues with delivery (shortages, damage, wrong item) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Returns & Replacements
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to verification by our team.
- Perishable or opened products are not eligible for return.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use, delivery delays, or platform downtime. Liability is limited to the value of the disputed order.
