At Hive-Kart, we prioritize accurate and timely deliveries. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we’re here to help.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Once an order is packed or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
- In case of payment made for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded within 3–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Wrong or damaged items delivered
- Items missing from the order
- Expired products (reported within 24 hours)
Refunds will be processed after internal verification via the original payment method or issued as store credit.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Opened, used, or tampered items
- Perishable items reported after 24 hours
- Cancellations post-dispatch
